Are there any users experiencing email reply issues with GoHighLevel software, whereby messages are not landing in the client’s email inbox?

Is anyone else having issues with email replies going to a clients email inbox (such as gmail or outlook) but not going into the conversation/contact in the sub account in GHL itself? We are using mailgun and all of the replies used to go into the GHL contact card but all of a sudden they are not going in there anymore 🧐
