Can GoHighLevel software redirect URLs?

By | February 5, 2022

This has probably been asked but I wasn't able to find the answer. Can we redirect someone to a specific page after they fill out a form or a survey based on the answer to a specific question?

The original post in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group is asking if it is possible to redirect someone to a specific page after they fill out a form or a survey based on the answer to a specific question. The member mentions that they couldn't find the answer and are seeking assistance.

In GoHighLevel CRM software, it is indeed possible to redirect individuals to a specific page after they submit a form or survey, based on their answer to a specific question. This functionality allows for a customized user experience and can be beneficial for various purposes such as segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing.

By using GoHighLevel's Automation feature, you can set up conditional actions that determine where a person should be redirected based on their answer to a specific question. This can be achieved by creating if/then logic within the Automation builder, allowing you to define different actions or sequences based on the respondent's answer.

For example, if someone fills out a survey and answers “Yes” to a specific question, you can set up an automation rule to redirect them to a page with further information or a relevant offer. Conversely, if they answer “No,” you can redirect them to a different page or present an alternative offer.

Yes, use the logic for specific answers to redirect them after completion. Many people use logic to qualify or disqualify users based on their responses.

For example, if someone does not qualify you can add them nurture sequence + custom page and vice versa
