I would say find out why it failed first. What industry are you in?
I switched all my sub accounts to LC. I kept going back and forth for 2 weeks with Twilio support and it wasn’t going anywhere. So I ported the numbers over. Took about 24-48 hours to port the numbers. Then I started to register the accounts for A2P. Took about 7 days for the campaign approval. I’m still registering accounts but they are being approved in about a week.
Being able to only email and wait until twilio got back to me made it tough and being able to chat or hop on a zoom with HL was helpful with my many questions. I was initially nervous to switch to LC but it worked out better than I thought.
Of course this is just my experience.
Like someone mentioned above it would be beneficial to find out why you’ve been denied because what if you switch to LC and still get denied!
LC better user experience for sure!
