I have Twilio not LC phone. Can’t seem to find the A2P registration… any help greatly appreciated!

In a recent post in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user expressed their difficulty in finding the A2P (Application-to-Person) registration for their Twilio account instead of the LC phone. The user is seeking assistance and would greatly appreciate any help from the community.
As an expert on GoHighLevel CRM software, it's important to note that GoHighLevel integrates with various communication providers, including Twilio, for SMS messaging capabilities. The A2P registration process is typically required by communication providers to ensure that businesses are using their SMS services in a legitimate and compliant manner.
While I don't have specific knowledge about the A2P registration process for Twilio within GoHighLevel, I can provide general insights. It's possible that the A2P registration might be specific to Twilio and not directly related to GoHighLevel's platform. In such cases, it's recommended to consult Twilio's documentation or reach out to their customer support for further assistance.
To stay updated on this topic and find potential solutions to the user's query, it is advisable to read the comments below this article or check for any official responses and updates on the source link provided. The GoHighLevel Official Facebook group can be a valuable resource for getting assistance and guidance from other users who might have encountered and resolved similar issues.

Hi Andrew, just send me a DM to connect and we will look into this and fix it. No strings attached.
I ported over to LC just to make it easier lol Twilios support was useless when trying to help me navigate it for A2P
I have the same thing go into twilio you can do it all there and they are fairly fast
Account > Trust Hub > Overview.
I believe you have to get the general business profile approved before you can submit A2P
Use the search box and search for A2P. You’ll be directed to that page.
Michael Lucy has an easy to follow mini course on this. I use it almost every day.
I stay with twilio even though it’s a pain because I want each client to have their own account so there is no way their activity is ever linked to my account and I also don’t want to be a debt collector.
I feel like there’s an obvious answer here… 😆

2 questions that would be massively helpful if anyone has the answers
Im still using Twilio btw.
1. If I have all my clients as sub account – Do I just put them under my “Primary customer profile/ brand” or do I have too create a new customer profile/Brand for every sub account?
2. If you do have to create a customer profile for every sub account. What if your client doesnt have an EIN or Tax Id (for example a w2 employee)
