Do We Need Strong Wifi for Missed Call Text Back Feature in GoHighLevel when using Twilio?

By | May 12, 2023

I'm based in the UK and due to some clients being more remote than others, or some may be on the go in the countryside, I have concerns around this service as well as if it will be able to record and track also.

How does this work? I presume steady WiFi is essential, but perhaps it could still work for somebody who is on the go quite often but has good 5G etc?

Would really appreciate an answer on this.

The original post on the GoHighLevel Reddit forum addresses concerns regarding the functionality of GoHighLevel CRM software for users based in the UK. The user specifically mentions potential issues with remote clients and the need for reliable recording and tracking capabilities.

In response to these concerns, it is important to note that GoHighLevel CRM software can indeed work for users who are on the go or located in remote areas, as long as they have a stable internet connection. While a steady Wi-Fi connection is generally recommended, the software should also be compatible with good 5G connections.

GoHighLevel CRM software provides various features to help users record and track their interactions with clients. This includes customer relationship management tools, such as contact management, activity tracking, and email automation. Additionally, GoHighLevel offers integrations with other platforms and services, which can enhance its tracking capabilities.

For using vice calls (voip) – good speed Wi-Fi our mobile data would be needed.

For miss-call-text-back feature you don’t need Internet. It’ll work in the backend even if your client is disconnected.
