Hey guys, trying to save globally sections to add to other pages on my side but even after naming and saving as global section, and saving the page after it doesn’t populate in my “add section” menu, any advice?

The original post is from a user in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group who is having trouble saving globally sections to add to other pages on their website. They have followed the necessary steps of naming and saving the global section, as well as saving the page after that, but the section does not appear in the “add section” menu.
This issue can be frustrating, but there are a few potential solutions to try. Firstly, check if the global section has been assigned to a specific category within the “add section” menu. Sometimes, sections can be assigned to categories other than the default one, so it's important to check all the available categories.
If the global section is not appearing in any category, it might be helpful to clear the cache and refresh the page. Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues, so clearing the cache can potentially resolve the problem.
Another possibility is that there might be a glitch or bug in the software. In this case, it would be recommended to reach out to GoHighLevel's support team for assistance. They can investigate the issue further and provide specific guidance or updates on how to resolve it.
It's always worth checking the comments below for any responses or updates from other users who may have encountered a similar problem or have found a solution.
