    What type of communication are you trying to handle?
    Is it about tracking and managing tasks or issues etc of your clients which is more about a ticketing system.
    Or
    Is it about communication of updates etc
    Or is it about community engagement communication?

    Slack is a good two way tool but I found it’s not good at managing or tracking tasks/issues.

    I’ve just developed a ticketing system similar to Freshdesk and now in process of creating the GHL integration. It’s simple and VERY effective

    Unless you’re working with really low margins, I’d highly recommend looking into Twist instead of Slack.

    It’s much better for client communication because each channel is thread based instead a constant stream of chats. Makes the search munch more useful because all discussions are silo’d into separate threads.

    That, plus they have an “inbox” feature so it just bumps threads into your inbox that require attention. You can manually mark as done when you’ve addressed it.
    Sounds old school, but it’s not. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten to mark something as unread in slack when I needed to address it later.

    If you are looking for general conversation among the entire customer community then Facebook Groups or Communities is your solution. If you are looking for a Task based system like ClickUp or Support Ticketing we are getting ready to do some Beta tests soon GHL TEDtasks Project and Task Management System
