GoHighLevel Software Aids Clients with Multiple Product Purchases

By | June 15, 2023

Hi I have a client that has customers that may buy multiple products. Those products will be handled by different specialist advisors in the business. So the question is how do we manage this? Clearly we can only allocate a client to one advisor? we can add multiple opportunities but can we search by who an opportunity is allocated to? So I coukd create a smart list for eg John’s clients allocated to him and John’s opportunities allocated to him evrn if the actual client is not his the opportunity is? Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated thx 💪

The original post in the “GHL Experts” Facebook group asks how to manage clients who may buy multiple products handled by different specialist advisors in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM software. The poster wonders if it is possible to allocate a client to only one advisor, but still be able to search for opportunities based on the allocated advisor.

In GoHighLevel, by default, a client can only be assigned to one advisor. However, there is a workaround to handle situations where a client may have multiple product-related opportunities assigned to different advisors. One suggestion is to create multiple opportunities for the same client, each assigned to the respective specialist advisor handling that product.

By creating a smart list, the user can filter and search for opportunities based on the allocated advisor. This means that even if a client is assigned to one advisor, the opportunities related to different products can be searched and filtered based on the specialist advisors assigned to them.

It is important to note that this suggestion may not be the most streamlined or efficient way to manage such scenarios and might require manual effort. Therefore, it would be worthwhile for readers to check the comments section below the article or refer to the source link for any updates or alternative solutions provided by other GHL users and experts.

You can actually set this up using tags, once you had a tag to a perticilar name because of the fields they choosed you can segment them and assign them to a user so like that they don’t get mixed up and they can be easily identified. Annmarie Baylan
