I have clients that find lost money for people. (unclaimed funds). The leads come in a spreadsheet where there's one main contact with 3 phone number fields and there are 5 relatives each with 3 phone numbers associated with that one contact.

The dialer in GHL only calls the phone number of the main contact, so we copy and paste relative phone numbers into the softphone.

The issue is, when a relative calls back, a new contact with no name is created automatically, so when we search the phone number that calls back, we can't find the contact that the relative phone number is associated with.

Does GHL have some kind of way to do sub-contacts? Names and phones under a main contact? If we used Smart Lists, we would have to have 500 smart lists, one for each main contact with the relative names and phone numbers.
