In the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user is seeking help with building a Small Biz Snapshot and is looking for suggestions on what to include. The user has already listed some items but is open to additional ideas.

Starting with essential GoHighLevel capture tools, the user has mentioned Missed Call – Text Back, SMS, Chat Widget, and GMB Messaging. These tools can be used to capture leads and engage with potential customers effectively. Missed Call – Text Back allows businesses to follow up with prospects who have missed their calls by automatically sending a text message. SMS enables businesses to send targeted text messages to their leads, while the Chat Widget allows for real-time conversations with website visitors. GMB Messaging integration allows businesses to communicate with customers directly through Google My Business.

Moving on to landing pages, the user has listed Lead Magnet/Free Item, Claim Offer, Appointment Booking, and Linktree. These landing pages can be created using GoHighLevel's intuitive interface. A Lead Magnet/Free Item landing page is designed to entice visitors to provide their contact information in exchange for valuable content. A Claim Offer page helps businesses promote exclusive offers and discounts to potential customers. The Appointment Booking page allows website visitors to schedule appointments with ease. Lastly, Linktree is a smart way to showcase multiple links on a single page and drive traffic to different sections of a website or social media profiles.

As for workflows, the user has mentioned Optin Workflows, Keyword Text Workflow, Reviews and Referrals, Database Reactivation, and a Welcome Email Sequence. GoHighLevel's workflow builder empowers businesses to automate their marketing and communication processes. Optin Workflows can be created to automatically trigger actions when a lead opts-in through a form or landing page. A Keyword Text Workflow allows businesses to set up automatic responses when a specific keyword is received via text message. Reviews and Referrals workflows help businesses generate reviews and referrals by prompting satisfied customers to share their experiences. Database Reactivation workflows are designed to re-engage with inactive leads and revive their interest in the business. Lastly, a Welcome Email Sequence can be set up to send a series of personalized emails to new subscribers, nurturing them into loyal customers.

In conclusion, GoHighLevel provides a comprehensive set of tools, landing pages, and workflows that are essential for local small businesses. These features enable businesses to capture and engage with leads effectively, create attractive landing pages, and automate their marketing processes. Those are all great!
I think with small biz, just be careful that these don’t overwhelm them with so many cool features. Make it super easy implementing and fairly hands off for them as they ease into it.

Definitely turn off missed call text back and use a proper TCPA compliance workflow that does the same thing.

You’d want to have all new contacts default marked as SMS DND until proper opt-in is obtained so your clients don’t get into TCPA trouble.
