Lead Connector app notification issue (urgent)!!

Hi Shaun Clark and team, I've been having issues with my LC app as I could never see pop up notifications on my phone when I set internal notifications through workflow.

The user is experiencing issues with the Lead Connector (LC) app on their Google Pixel 6 Pro phone. They are unable to receive pop-up notifications on their phone when they set internal notifications through the workflow. Despite enabling all notification settings, they are not receiving any LC notifications for SMS texts or emails.

Summary:

The user is facing difficulties with receiving notifications from the Lead Connector app on their Google Pixel 6 Pro phone. They have taken the necessary steps to enable notifications, but they are still not receiving any alerts for SMS texts or emails.

Insights:

As an expert in GoHighLevel CRM software, it is important to note that the Lead Connector app is designed to provide notifications for incoming leads. In this case, the user has reported not receiving notifications for SMS texts or emails. This could be due to a few different reasons.

Firstly, it is worth checking if the user has properly set up their internal notifications through the workflow. They should ensure that the necessary triggers and actions are correctly configured.

Secondly, the issue could be specific to the Google Pixel 6 Pro phone. It is possible that there is a compatibility or settings issue that needs to be addressed. Checking the phone's notification settings and ensuring that the LC app has all necessary permissions can be a good starting point.

You need to be logged into the app as a user of the subaccount to receive push notifications.

I use it daily on a pixel 7 pro and it works fine what did support say? And what’s your ticket number?

Simon Wen-Yi Huang you simply need to add yourself as a user to any subaccount you want to receive notifications for. You do not have to log in as a different ID.

For any user in an individual account, they must be an admin to see notifications for all. As only a user, they will only see notifications to them or notification set to all. As an admin, they will see all notifications to any other users as well.
