Is there anything that can be done about this on my end to improve the deliverability?

Title: Troubleshooting Email Deliverability Issues in GoHighLevel with LeadConnector

Summary:
A user in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group is experiencing difficulties with their email deliverability using the LeadConnector feature. They mention that recipients claim not to receive their emails or find them in their spam folders. The user is seeking advice on how to improve the deliverability of their emails and asks if any actions can be taken on their end.

Insights:
When facing email deliverability issues with GoHighLevel and LeadConnector, there are several factors to consider. Firstly, it's crucial to ensure that your email sender reputation remains intact. Avoid spamming recipients, as this can impact your reputation negatively. Regularly monitor and clean your email lists to exclude inactive or low-quality contacts.

Next, verify that your domain has proper DNS settings, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. These records help authenticate your emails and increase their chances of reaching the inbox instead of being marked as spam. Consult GoHighLevel's documentation or support team to ensure your settings are correctly configured.

It's also important to note that email providers, such as Gmail or Yahoo, have stringent spam filters. Tailor your email content to avoid common spam triggers, such as excessive use of capital letters, excessive links, or suspicious attachments. Optimize your subject lines and email content to appear legitimate and relevant.

Additionally, deliverability can be affected by the email infrastructure of your recipients. Ensure that their email servers are configured to accept your emails and, if possible, ask them to add your email address to their safe sender list.

Lastly, periodically monitor your email deliverability by analyzing bounce rates, open rates, and spam complaints. This data can help you identify patterns or issues and take appropriate actions to improve future deliverability.

In conclusion, troubleshooting email deliverability issues in GoHighLevel with LeadConnector involves maintaining a good sender reputation, configuring DNS records correctly, optimizing email content, and monitoring deliverability metrics.
