Has anyone using GoHighLevel software encountered tracking difficulties with Facebook ads for scheduled appointments?

Anybody else experiencing tracking issues with FB ads for appointments booked from follow up?

I run facebook ads for my clients through a proces of:
1. leadgeneration
2. Sending to a bookingpage
3. follow up if not booked.

The appointments that are booked by the lead itself in the funnel have no tracking issues.

But when my clients book the leads in themselves, no tracking for the appointment goes to FB.

I would just be nice for facebook to have that extra data, bc what really matters is the appointments.

I do have the FB API set correctly (i believe) in a appointment confirmation workflow.

Is it just not possible to do this just with Highlevel?

Are tools like HYROS really needed for this level of tracking perfection?
