Check the workflow settings that they can enter multiple times.
FYI – they are signing up via a form. And if they are already in the CRM it is not triggering, only working for ppl not in the CRM
Go to business configuraciĂłn and look for de Right side some check points and turn on duplicate contacts and opportunities permits.
