Hi everyone! Welcome to the GoHighLevel software group! I’m Blerta, and I’m just getting started with the platform.

Hi everyone! I’m new to the group, my name is Blerta!

I’m currently having an issue integrating a Facebook group in the social media planner.

I’ve integrated one Facebook group, but I have two, both associated with the same user profile.

Anybody experience this/have a work around.

The error message I get is “There are no groups associated with this account at the moment. Please try to connect again once you have set up the Facebook.”

Summary: Blerta, a new member of the GoHighLevel Facebook group, is experiencing difficulties integrating a second Facebook group into the social media planner within the GoHighLevel CRM software. Blerta has successfully integrated one group but is encountering an error message when attempting to connect the second group. The error message states that there are no groups associated with Blerta's account and advises to try connecting again once Facebook has been set up.

Insights: In GoHighLevel, the social media planner feature allows users to schedule and manage posts across various social media platforms, including Facebook groups. However, Blerta is facing a challenge when trying to integrate a second Facebook group associated with the same user profile.

While it is unclear what exactly is causing the issue in this specific case, one potential workaround could be to check if the second Facebook group's privacy settings allow for integration with third-party applications like GoHighLevel. Some groups may have restrictive settings that prevent external platforms from accessing them.

It is essential for Blerta to ensure that both Facebook groups are properly set up and accessible within the Facebook account before attempting to integrate them in the GoHighLevel social media planner. If the error message persists, it may be helpful for Blerta to reach out to GoHighLevel support or consult the community within the Facebook group for further assistance.
