    Trust Center.
We have clients getting impacted by Calls getting rejected, incoming calls not working
and incoming sms not being received.

We need guidance on this ASAP.

Did you click on the right one? Cause I know before seeing this screen it gives you the option Sole Propietor that is $4 and the business one which is $16

This is the first option you should be getting as soon as you click A2P Brand and Campaign registration in the trust center

So according to TCR who manages all the brand and campaigning registrations, all the registered companies fall under these types and all the Sole Props do not have an EIN.

So either you would need to go via the No EIN route (Sole Prop Brand) or select any if these options if going with EIN.

We can’t add Sole Prop option because TCR won’t accept that as an input to this field and eventually reject the Brand/Campaign.

    Hope it makes sense.
