Running a review management business using GoHighLevel CRM software may seem complicated at first, but with the right optimization and steps, it can be streamlined and efficient. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through the process:

1. Sign-ups: Start by having people sign up through your webpage. This will allow you to track and manage your clients effectively.

2. Account Creation: Once someone signs up, create an account for them using the automation feature in GoHighLevel. This will help automate the onboarding process.

3. Onboarding Call and Subdomain: Schedule an onboarding call with the client to gather their DNS login/info and create a subdomain for them. This step ensures that your clients have full control over their online presence.

4. Review Funnel Selection: Help the client choose a suitable review funnel from the options available in GoHighLevel. A review funnel is a customized process that encourages customers to leave reviews on platforms like Facebook and Google My Business.

5. Integration with Facebook and Google My Business: Collect the client's Facebook and Google My Business information to establish connections and automate review management.

6. Email Campaigns: Utilize your Mailgun account, integrated with GoHighLevel CRM, to set up a drip campaign for sending review request emails. This ensures consistent communication with customers.

7. Phone Number Provision: Give your clients a Twilio account that provides them with a dedicated phone number. This allows them to receive text messages for review management.

8. Customer List: Decide whether you or the client will import the customer list for review requests. This step ensures a targeted approach towards requesting reviews.

9. QR Code Implementation: Set up a QR code for the client and ask them to print and display it in their office. This helps facilitate review requests in person.

10. Monthly Check-ins: Set up automated email campaigns to send monthly check-in emails. This allows you to maintain regular communication and gather feedback from clients.

It's essential to optimize and refine these steps based on your specific business needs and client preferences. By utilizing the automation features and integrations offered by GoHighLevel CRM software, you can efficiently run a review management business. This one needs more than a text response. Will put some thought into it and get a video done to explain

Great questions Nuno Tavares, I look forward to Fer Patel’s video.

    My questions are:
1 – Since I already have rep clients I’d need to start emailing a few thousand emails a month right out of the gate. I read in the main HL group about ‘warming up’ an email address before sending a lot of emails. Would I be better sending from a different email for each client?
Or if using one email is better, how do I warm it up?

    2. Since my clients are not in N. America and their SMS rates are higher, can I have them use their own Twillio account for the phone number so they pay Twillio costs instead of me?
    Thanks

A lot is dependent on how much you are charging for these services.

The initial setup will always take a little extra time. Once GHL allows custom values in Zapier, we will update the workflow and it should cut down on your involvement a lot.

I’d cut out the custom domain’s on the funnels. Instead, use your agency domain with the clients company name as the folder ex: app.youragency.com/client
This will shave off a lot of time chasing your clients to update cname records if you don’t have access to it yourself.

Also, I wouldn’t setup Google and Facebook links in GHL as that will take up a lot of your time and plays no big role in reputation management.

The biggest thing you should focus on is getting a list of existing contacts from your clients. Once you do get this and upload it to the SMS/Email drip campaign, your clients will see an influx of positive reviews going through to there review sites.

The monthly check-in maintains the importance of always adding in new contacts to the drip sequence. This is what gets them the positive reviews on a consistent basis. But again, we can’t control how active our clients will be.

One of my best clients constantly uses the opt-in page after every client she services.

We’ll definitely put together a comprehensive guide on how to get and maintain your reputation management clients soon.
