My agency takes care of my clients costumer reviews. I would like to do this in a smart and efficient way.
How should I handle the clients costumers? So let’s say that they have had a client and want to send them a review.. How do they get into the ghl system/contact list ?
Do we need to connect to their calendar? Would be cool if ghl could automatically see when a costumer is done with their appointment, and then automatically puts them in a workflow for review.
Or do I have to import their clients in a CSV file every month ?
All in all i wondered If there is any smart way to automate the contact import?

Simple way would just create a form and run it through a workflow with a review request step.
If you are using reviews engine you can use the review request form, or use the soon to be released function that will allow your clients to upload CSV files for batch uploads.
I’ve created a landing page with an optin form. They are a contractor, so when they complete a job, My client’s office manager fills that person’s info into the landing g page then it sends out a text /email requesting a review
