Hi Everyone, I have a quick question – we have an icloud email that we've been using as a test e-mail.
All of the manual emails have went through, but just dropped it into an automation and got this back: 4.1.8 : Sender address rejected: Domain not found
Does anyone know why this is happening?

In a post on the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user shares their experience with using an iCloud email as a test email. They mention that all the manual emails they sent were successful, but when they attempted to use the email in an automation, they received an error message stating, “4.1.8: Sender address rejected: Domain not found.” The user is seeking information on why this issue is occurring.
This post brings attention to an issue related to using iCloud email addresses in GoHighLevel's automation feature. The specific error message suggests that the domain associated with the iCloud email address cannot be found or recognized by GoHighLevel's system.
While it is difficult to provide a definite answer to why this is happening without further information, there are a few possible reasons for this error. One possibility is that GoHighLevel has specific restrictions or limitations on the types of email domains that can be used in their automation feature, and iCloud may not be supported.
Another possibility is that there might be a configuration issue with the user's iCloud email settings that is causing the error. It's worth checking if the user has correctly set up their SMTP settings and verified their domain in GoHighLevel.
To gain more insights and potential solutions to this issue, I encourage readers to check the comments section below this article or refer to the source link provided for any updates or responses from other GoHighLevel users who may have encountered similar problems.
