OK I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out.
I am setting up an event for a client and there is a special pre-event early-bird call happening the day before the event.
In the automation workflow, I want to be able to trigger the automation when someone fills out the registration form, and then have 2 branches. 1 that happens if the registration happened BEFORE the set early bird call date that is set as the event time in the workflow, and one that happens AFTER the event date.
The reason for this is if someone registers for the event before the pre-event call happens (early bird registration) they will get an email with a link to the early bird call as well as their event links. If that early bird call already happened, they will receive a different email that only contains event links.
When I look through the actions, including the IF/ELSE branches, I don't see any way to accomplish this. Any ideas?

In the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user is seeking help on setting up an automation workflow for their client's event. They want to trigger the automation when someone fills out the registration form and have two branches: one for registrations before the pre-event early-bird call date and another for registrations after the event date.
The goal is to send different emails based on whether the early-bird call has already happened or not. However, the user is unable to find a solution using the available actions and IF/ELSE branches in GoHighLevel.
Creating such a workflow in GoHighLevel is indeed possible with some clever setup. To achieve this, you can follow these steps:
1. Set up the initial trigger as the registration form submission.
2. Add an “If/Else” action after the trigger.
3. In the condition of the “If” branch, set a rule to check if the registration date is before the pre-event early-bird call date.
4. In the “If” branch, send an email with the early-bird call link and event links.
5. In the “Else” branch, send an email with only the event links.
By setting up this conditional workflow, you can effectively send different emails based on the timing of the registration in relation to the pre-event early-bird call.
