Two pricing questions….

I'm on the SAAS plan and currently charging a setup fee plus a monthly fee that starts 30 days after purchase (so 30 day trial set up in SAAS configurator). How do I…
1. Not charge the first month for one client? There was some issues with onboarding so I offered.
1. Split the setup charge into two payments then go down to the regular monthly? So for example $397 at purchase, $397 30 days later, then $97 every month after.

In a recent post in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user raised two pricing-related questions. The user stated that they are on the SAAS plan and currently charging a setup fee along with a monthly fee that begins 30 days after purchase, allowing for a 30-day trial period in the SAAS configurator. The user's first question pertained to not charging the first month for a specific client due to onboarding issues they had encountered, to which they offered the client a waiver. The second question revolved around splitting the setup charge into two payments and then transitioning to the regular monthly fee structure, such as $397 at purchase, another $397 after 30 days, and then $97 per month thereafter.

Regarding the first question, users can utilize the “One Payment” feature in GoHighLevel to exempt the first month's charge for a specific client. This can be done by selecting the client's account and adjusting the payment settings accordingly.

For the second question, GoHighLevel does not have an in-built feature to split the setup charge into multiple payments. However, users can employ external payment processors or invoicing platforms to facilitate the split payment structure.

Add 60 day trial to your $97 SAAS plan, then in the checkout when you add your SAAS plan as a product, add a setup fee.

I don’t think you can natively do what you want to do. I would just charge them automatically in stripe after those 30 days again. ($397)
