Looking for some help!
We’re driving traffic to a sales video to promote our offer, but having trouble tracking how long people are watching (video is hosted on highlevel)
-> we’re using automations to tag people (video watched less than 20%, greater than 50%, greater than 90%) , but sometimes it doesnt look like the tags are added properly by our automation.
Does anyone have any suggestions on separating and tagging leads that watch the video for a certain amount of time more accurately?

You can use custom API to track the watch time dynamically and pass it to custom field and that should work. Austin
