Is anyone else facing challenges with migrating existing WordPress sites to GoHighLevel hosting? We might need assistance.

Is anyone else having problems migrating existing WP sites to GHL hosting? We migrated one site yesterday. We then verified the DNS in GHL. All verified. But site not working. Talked to support, they said speak to the success team. Success team said it was a “web developer” problem. My web developer says, no, it's just the GHL process with Cloudflare. Website can be offline for hours after the DNS change and there is nothing we can do?

So, is it us or is it GHL?

The original post in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group addresses a problem related to migrating existing WordPress (WP) sites to GHL hosting. The user mentions that they successfully migrated a site but it is not working even though they verified the DNS settings in GHL. They reached out to support, who directed them to the success team. However, the user's web developer believes the issue lies with the GHL process in collaboration with Cloudflare. The website can be offline for hours after the DNS change, and the web developer claims there is nothing they can do.

In summary, the user wants to know if the issue is with their team or with GoHighLevel (GHL) itself. This problem specifically pertains to site migration and the potential interaction with Cloudflare during the GHL process. It is not entirely clear who is responsible for resolving the issue.

If it has to do with DNS records then you just have to wait, neither side can control how that works.

Also using cloudfair is pretty instant so if you’ve added the records and they’re actually connected but the certificate has not propagated then you just need to wait.

Is it possible to escalate this? We have been asked for all the DNS records by support, and we have supplied this, and now they want a screenshot of DNS entries and no action is being taken until this happens. We don’t have access so we’re waiting for our client’s tech support. With the time differences it’s going to be another day. Sorry to bring you in Shaun Clark but can you help? ticket number is – #1122880. Thanks in advance
