Managing Multiple Sub-accounts and Streamlining Client Pipelines with GoHighLevel Software

By | April 7, 2023

I have a few dozen sub-accounts with clients that have the same pipeline as we do. They send their leads to us and we close them. We want their pipelines to update when we update our pipeline with their leads. Is their a good way to mirror pipelines? When we update ours, it updates the pipeline that sent the lead? I know Zapier might be an option but I'm not sure how to set the zap up to make everthing work.

The original post in the “GHL Experts” Facebook group asks for a solution to mirror pipelines in GoHighLevel CRM software. The user has multiple sub-accounts with clients who have the same pipeline as their own. The user wants to update their pipeline and have the changes automatically reflected in the pipelines of the sub-accounts that sent the leads.

In response to their question, one possible solution is to use Zapier. Zapier is a tool that allows different apps to connect and automate tasks. By setting up a Zap (automation) between the user's pipeline and the sub-accounts' pipelines, any updates made in the user's pipeline can trigger corresponding updates in the sub-accounts' pipelines.

Setting up the Zap would involve selecting GoHighLevel as the trigger app and choosing the specific pipeline update event (e.g., lead stage change) to initiate the update in the sub-accounts' pipelines. The user would then specify the action app, which would be GoHighLevel again, and set the necessary fields to update in the sub-accounts' pipelines.

If the user is unsure about the Zap setup, it would be helpful to seek additional guidance or instructions from GoHighLevel support or consult the platform's documentation and tutorials.

Corey Price We do something very similar but just internal between all our businesses. I’ve created a zap set up that does this. if you need help let me know.
