Question re: Stripe
When we need a client to update their card details I have them complete a GHL form that has a $1 product. Then I refund the $1. This costs me the processing fee.
It doesn't happen often but surely there is a better way to do this?

Insights:
When it comes to updating client card details in GHL, there are indeed alternative approaches to avoid incurring the processing fee. One possible solution is to utilize the built-in integration between GoHighLevel and Stripe, the payment processor. With this integration, you can prompt clients to update their card details directly within the GoHighLevel environment, without the need for additional forms or transactions.
By utilizing the Stripe integration, you can provide clients with a seamless experience, where they can securely update their payment information within the platform. This eliminates the extra step of refunding a $1 transaction and the associated processing fee.
Furthermore, GoHighLevel offers various automation features that can streamline the card update process. For instance, you can set up automated reminders for clients to update their payment details, improving the efficiency and reducing the need for manual intervention.
