Seeking a potential solution for the unexpected signature problem in GoHighLevel software

By | July 18, 2023

Curious if there is a workaround for the signature issue that popped up just before the 4th of July – been working with support but have no resolution yet. I am emailing from my personal account and add notes as it looks so bad.

In the CRM – the signature is a run-on line – if you try to add a single character return it will add a double space.
I discovered it is pulling from the My Staff signature block vs the My Profile one. That one is not defaulting to this run-on signature since the international email update.

Curious if I am the only one, and if not, what is the workaround?
Here are screenshots of what I mean:

Title: Troubleshooting Signature Display Issue in GoHighLevel CRM

Introduction:
A recent post in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group highlighted a signature issue that some users have encountered in the CRM software. This issue involves a run-on line in the signature and difficulties in formatting it properly. While the support team is still working on a resolution, users are seeking a workaround to address these challenges. In this article, we will explore the details of this issue, provide insights, and encourage readers to check for updates and responses in the comments section below.

Signature Display Issue:
According to the original post, users have noticed that the signature displayed in the CRM appears as a run-on line. Attempts to add a single character return result in a double space being added instead. This issue seems to stem from the fact that the signature is being pulled from the “My Staff” signature block instead of the “My Profile” one. It appears that this behavior started after the international email update.

Seeking a Workaround:
The author of the post is curious to know if they are the only one facing this issue and if there are any workarounds available. Unfortunately, without access to the specific details of the user's setup and considering the active investigation by the GoHighLevel support team, it is challenging to provide an immediate solution.
