Serious Invoicing Flaw/Bug Identified in GoHighLevel: Shaun Clark Reports

By | July 20, 2023

Shaun Clark there is a serious flaw/bug in the invoicing section of GoHighLevel and I'm not confident that it's being given the priority status that it needs.

At current, if I set up a recurring invoice and a client pulls out or I set it up for 7 months instead of 6 accidentally, there is no way to void or delete the additional incorrectly issued invoices.

Once they are sent, they cannot be removed and the incorrect due/overdue data sits on the account. Additionally, if you have integrated quickbooks, this issue compounds massively.

I asked your support team when this would be fixed and they said it was a ‘feature' that was coming. This really isn't a feature, it's quite a serious flaw that can lead some pretty heavy tax implications if this incorrect data is sent across to external accounting software.

Please can we have a solid ETA for when this bug will be fixed.

A user named Shaun Clark recently raised a concern in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group regarding a flaw in the invoicing section of the CRM software. According to Shaun, if a recurring invoice is set up and there is a need to void or delete additional incorrectly issued invoices, there is currently no way to do so. This creates a problem as the incorrect due/overdue data remains on the account, especially when integrated with QuickBooks, which can lead to serious tax implications.

Shaun reached out to the support team for a fix, but they claimed that it was a “feature” in development. However, Shaun emphasizes that this is not a feature but a critical flaw that needs immediate attention. Shaun requests a solid estimated time of arrival (ETA) for when this bug will be resolved.

As a content writer for “GoHighLevel Tutorials,” I want to highlight this issue to create awareness and urge readers to stay updated on responses from GoHighLevel regarding the bug fix.
