I'm working with small business owners like plumbers, electrians, and such and want to set up “call text back” for when they are busy the client receives a quick text back. How can I continue to use the current business number but also utilize the features in GHL? Maybe have the business number forward to the LC number? Secondly, when a call comes in through the LC number how would the client know and pick up the call? Does the LC app have a notification?
