Top mistakes I continually see after training 20k+ GHL’ers:
1. When selling: talking about features. demoing features. obsessing over making a website that talks about features.
Fix: sell the hole not the drill. sell outcomes not software. saas is just a tool. knowing how to use it? totally different.
2. When fulfilling: expecting clients to onboard themselves. expecting clients to understand everything you know. expecting clients to get themselves results.
Fix: onboard every single client (hire this out for less than $100, so easy). setup saas hooks/reactivation/lead nurturing FOR them. hire 24/7 support for a few hundred bucks so you can become the utility bill.
3. When recruiting as an affiliate: same as above. churn is by far the #1 problem. if you don’t make agencies money they will quit the software… similarly if you drag them to their first paying clients they’ll stay forever.
Fix: See 1&2 😎
A lot of this is simple, but not easy.
But it is simple. And every person here can do it.
🔥Sales is just a conversation (Alex Schlinsky)
🔥Tech is just clicking buttons (me)
🔥Giving a crap costs nothing (buddha or something)
How Many Small Businesses Are There in the US?
The latest statistics show that there are 33.2 million small businesses in the US, which account for 99.9 percent of all US businesses (SBA, 2022)…
And almost all of them need your help.
You can have a 7 figure a year business with a 4-8x valuation helping just 100 or so of them.
THINK ABOUT THAT for a minute. 🤌🤯
PS – made tacos al pastor on the smoker. you’re invited. 🌶️🔥🙌

The original post highlights some common mistakes that people make when using GoHighLevel CRM software, along with suggestions on how to fix them. The first mistake mentioned is focusing too much on talking about and demonstrating the features of the software when selling it. Instead, the post recommends emphasizing the benefits and outcomes that the software can provide. Selling the “hole” rather than the “drill” means focusing on the end results that the software can help achieve, rather than just highlighting its features.
The second mistake mentioned is expecting clients to onboard themselves and understand everything about the software. The post suggests onboarding every client and setting up saas hooks, reactivation, and lead nurturing for them. It also suggests hiring 24/7 support to ensure clients receive prompt assistance. By taking these steps, the software can be made more user-friendly and clients are more likely to achieve results.
The third mistake discussed is related to recruiting as an affiliate. The post states that churn is a significant problem and that if agencies aren't making money with the software, they will quit. To address this, the post suggests actively supporting affiliates and helping them acquire paying clients. By doing so, affiliates are more likely to remain loyal and continue using the software.
The overall message of the post is that while these fixes may be simple, they are not always easy to implement. However, the post encourages readers to believe that they can accomplish these changes and highlights the potential for a successful business by helping small businesses with GoHighLevel.
In conclusion, the original post provides valuable insights on common mistakes and fixes related to GoHighLevel CRM software. By focusing on selling outcomes, providing thorough onboarding and support, and actively supporting affiliates, users can maximize their success with the software. Yesssss!!
This is why I laugh when people say it’s saturated, everyone in HL can get 100 businesses and not even scratch the surface.
.
I see a lot of agencies trying to add automate onboarding which is a huge mistake. We do white glove 1 to 1 calls for up to 8 weeks. It’s what makes you sticky.
