Two GoHighLevel-related questions I’d appreciate advice on

By | July 18, 2023

Two questions I'd love advice on –

We are a full-service agency & are working with a media buying agency to help fulfuill some of their digital media needs – specifically, landing page development for ad campaigns. Since they have multiple clients, landing pages will not all be the same domain & the data collected will go to specific clients on their end.

1: Would you use HighLevel for this since it really won't be much past landing page development? Possible funnel build outs in the future…

2: If so, would you build out each of their clients as a sub-account in our account, rather than one sub-account for their agency? I'm thinking yes to keep the data separated & clean, but any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks!

In the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user who is a full-service agency is seeking advice on using GoHighLevel CRM software to assist a media buying agency with their landing page development for ad campaigns. The user mentions that since the media buying agency has multiple clients, the landing pages will vary in domain and the collected data needs to be sent to specific clients on the media buying agency's end.

The user asks two questions:

1. Should they use GoHighLevel for this purpose since it primarily involves landing page development and possibly funnel build-outs in the future?

2. If they use GoHighLevel, should they create each client of the media buying agency as a separate sub-account in their own GoHighLevel account rather than having one sub-account for the entire agency?

As an expert on GoHighLevel CRM software, I can offer some insights.

Regarding the first question, GoHighLevel can be a suitable choice for landing page development and even future funnel build-outs. GoHighLevel offers a user-friendly drag-and-drop landing page builder and a wide range of customizable templates, making it efficient for creating landing pages for different campaigns.

For the second question, creating each client as a sub-account in the agency's GoHighLevel account can be a logical approach. By doing so, the data will be separated and organized, ensuring a clean workflow. It allows easier management and reporting for each client, and the agency can have better control over the client-specific information.

Different sub accounts for different clients but keep funnels for different campaigns (for the same client) in each respective sub account.

High level is just for funnel and integrates with ads
