    Damn! I just tested it real quick. Super easy to set up!

    I am wondering if there is a way to change the messaging? If we’re booking zoom meetings instead of in person appointments, can we change the second message?

    Is there a way to set a number for the amount of time slots available?

    Say we have 2 openings for 10 am tomorrow will it understand to fill this?

    With this is the high level team continuing to train the AI through google on being able to respond to different nuances of language as y’all get more data or is this connecting to our own google account and we then train it.

    I have been using dialogue flow via zapier integration for like 9 months now so just trying to figure out this big differences here and what we have access to by going this way.

    Is there anyway to customize the bot / connect our own from DialogFlow? We upgraded because we thought it would be possible to customize it to reply in our local language, as no businesses here communicate with their customers using English.

    Can the bot be used as an appointment confirmation tool? Ie: set up a time that the bot asks for a confirmation and if the person isn’t responding, or doesn’t confirm can cancel the appointment?
