What project management tool are you using?
We are looking for a tool – doesn't have to integrate with GHL but would be a plus – that will help us to communicate with our team, track projects and schedule tasks.
This is mainly to be used with our agency for internal use.
Thanks

The original post in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group is about finding a project management tool that can help with team communication, project tracking, and task scheduling for an agency's internal use. While the tool does not necessarily need to integrate with GoHighLevel (GHL), it would be a plus.
GoHighLevel (GHL) is a comprehensive CRM software that offers a range of features to help businesses manage their customer relationships effectively. While it provides some project management capabilities, it may not be the best fit for extensive project management needs.
To address the poster's requirements, there are several project management tools available on the market that can be used alongside GHL. Some popular options include Trello, Asana, Monday.com, and Basecamp. These tools allow teams to communicate, track projects, and schedule tasks efficiently.
It's important to consider the specific needs and preferences of the agency when choosing a project management tool. Evaluating factors such as ease of use, scalability, collaboration features, and customizable workflows can help in making the right choice.
For insights and suggestions tailored to the GoHighLevel community, I encourage readers to check the comments below this article or visit the source link for further responses and updates on finding a suitable project management tool for agency internal use.

Danny Clarke I use Clickup …, but most of 7-8 fig. clients that I’ve worked with prefer Slack or trello
Asana. It’s faster than everything else I’ve tried, especially Notion.
I recently switched to Monday.com for PSA.
Just started using ClickUp. Testing the waters so far though so not 100% committed yet
ClickUp. And ClickUp’s new AI add on is great.
Using Pipefy at the moment. Not 100% convinced it’s going to be the best tool, plus it’s over $30 per user per month. I like the Simplicity of it, but not flexible enough or customizable enough for our use case. Someone had referred me to GitScrum yesterday and you sure as I can’t beat the pricing. It’s like $35 a month for everything unlimited including White label. The person that referred me to it said he is creating a workspace for each of his clients, integrated into high level so you can have unlimited workspaces.
I’ve been playing with it this morning, not sure it’s the answer either LOL
One of my client’s use Trello. For my own business devlopment I’ve used BaseCamp.
Asana.
ClickUp is best.
Have tried monday, asana etc. but CU seems to be best value and great UI
We use it for:
– fulfilment pipeline (front end and back)
– Product dev management
– Client facing wiki
I just started using wrike.com
Danny Clarke – In the past, I’ve used Asana and Trello, and now I’m onto an app called basicops.com – I highly recommend it.
ClickUp. i have worked with Basecamp, ActiveCollab, Monday before. CU is more flexible and powerful.
Teamwork
ClickUp nuff said 🙂
Click up best ever we use zendesk as our help desk and integrate it with CU
Tried Monday back up service is terrible and it needs to much programming to make it bespoke
Kabanflow. It combines the card format of trello and the lists from Asana.
Monday.com
Clickup
Basecamp

Would love to hear what folks manage in GHL and what you integrate into ClickUp – we have api/webhooks set up with our current CRM and CU through integrately but would appreciate any tips on how folks with more experience use the best of both!
We use Clickup & Slack! Game changers!
It wasn’t easy (my brain lived in google workspace for writing out instructions etc) thankfully Heather Ioerger with My Virtually Organized Business showed me the awesomeness of writing out my SOP docs in clickup & creating tasks as you write them up. Also integrated it with GHL so we can easily automate task creation too!
What about notion?
I use Nifty. It is a full project management tool, integrates with timesheets, has forms for input, and much more. I find it easy and straight forward to use. It allows your team and clients to access projects.

I think you will be impressed.
