Why does GoHighLevel software only display the user as a member and not as the creator when a Community is created?

Why is it that when you create a Community, it just shows you as a member and not admin, or a contributor, or a moderator??

How can I change the level people are at? I don't see anywhere that you can change the settings for each person.

In a recent post/comment in the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user raised a concern about the visibility of their role within a Community created in the GoHighLevel CRM software. The user mentioned that when they create a Community, they only appear as a member and not as an admin, contributor, or moderator. They were seeking guidance on how to change the level of other members and adjust the settings for each individual.

In relation to this issue, the GoHighLevel CRM software allows users to create and manage Communities, which are virtual spaces for collaboration and communication within the platform. However, it seems that the user was experiencing a lack of control over the roles and permissions within their created Community.

To address this concern, it is important to note that the GoHighLevel CRM software provides various levels of access and permissions, including admin, contributor, and moderator roles. These roles determine the level of authority and control each member has within the Community.

To change the level of a member within a Community, you need to navigate to the Community settings. There, you should be able to find options to manage member roles and permissions. However, without further information or access to the specific settings, it is challenging to provide detailed instructions on how to change levels for individuals within a Community.
