Why does sending a simple SMS feel unpredictable? Experience seamless messaging with GoHighLevel software!

Why does sending a simple SMS feel like playing Russian Roulette now. A message from us to an Insurance Agency client, asking how they would like calls directed for ‘hybrid sales team'. Seems a little extra… 😜

In a post on the GoHighLevel Official Facebook group, a user raises a concern about the difficulty of sending a simple SMS through the GoHighLevel CRM software. The user mentions sending a message to an Insurance Agency client, inquiring about their preferences for directing calls within a ‘hybrid sales team'. They express frustration, describing the experience as feeling like playing Russian Roulette, implying that there is uncertainty and unpredictability when using the software for this purpose.

As an expert content writer for “GoHighLevel Tutorials,” I can understand the user's frustration with the SMS functionality in GoHighLevel. However, it is important to note that the efficacy of SMS features depends on various factors, such as network coverage and the recipient's mobile provider. It is advisable to consider these external factors that might affect the delivery and reliability of SMS messages.

Well… does their message contain prohibited topics or keywords?

I don’t feel like it’s playing Russian Roulette unless it’s a content topic that’s already on shaky grounds.

If that’s the case, best to keep the message more general and direct them to a page with such terms…?

Just send Opossum pictures. I checked with the lawyers and you can send before 8pm, if they are not on the litigation or dnc list and have opt-in consent. But if they have looked at pictures for cute animals and or even bison. That’s prior established relationships for animal photos.

Have you registered your brand and been approved for 10DLC? If not, that’s going to be your issue if your in the USA.

The process if taking anywhere from 4 weeks to months to complete at this point.

We’ve cut sms from our offerings for now. The entire industry is too unstable and generates too many headaches.
