    It seems as though your missing a custom value for the calendar link to be generated

    Also
    The same line has doubled up and says the same sentence twice

    Put a wait 5 minutes step to test it
    And edit the SMS action text so it says it just once

    Wait another 3 minutes and do an if else statement to check if the email has been sent/opened and the link has been clicked

    If the link has been clicked stop the workflow
    And if it’s not being clicked/opened etc
    Then send out a repeated workflow sequence reminding them of it
