Anyone have an idea why a client would be getting inconsistent email campaign stats?
Email Service – LC Email with dedicated domain.
Client scheduled an email campaign, shows it successfully sent 268 emails but no stats…..and some going to her personal emails were not received.
I cloned the campaign and sent it to 7 various email of hers and mine and all were received and stats populated.
She just ran another to her list of 268 and the same result, 268 successful and zero stats????

Did you check the stats later? Maybe Mass emails lile that won’t send all at once so stats are delayed

We are having issues with email STATS as well for one of our clients, you’re not alone, I’ve submitted a ticket to the support team today actually.
hi how did you access these stats in GHL i had an issue last week GHL temporarily stopped clients email due to high hard bounce rates and could not find out the info you showed
