If “A” is not contacted within 3 minutes, I want to reassign the lead using GoHighLevel software.

I would like to assign a new lead to “A”, and Id agent doesn’t call within 3 minutes, then it is assigned to user B, and if B doesn’t call within 3 minutes, then it goes back to user A, Sms will be sent each tim the lead is reAssigned. Any help would appreciated. —
